Australia-Wide Shipping

At Fitshake, we're committed to ensuring you receive your order promptly and hassle-free. We offer shipping Australia-wide, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), with orders typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that while we strive for swift delivery, Fitshake cannot be held responsible for any delays once your parcel is in the hands of the courier.

Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery every step of the way.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be re-directed, so please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Costs 

• LOCAL DELIVERY: $5 northern suburbs (Melbourne) $10 outter-north suburbs (30km radius)
• $10 for standard shipping (5-7 working days) Australia-wide delivery.
• $15.00 for express shipping (1-4 working days) Australia-wide delivery.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of heart or accidentally ordered the wrong item, simply contact us within 15 days of purchase. We'll provide a return shipping label for a flat rate of $9.95, or you can arrange return postage yourself. Upon receipt of the unopened, original packaging, we'll issue a full refund or exchange for another product.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items

For incorrect, damaged, or missing items, notify us within 30 days of purchase. We do require evidence of defects for claims. If valid, we'll replace the item with the same product OR issue a full refund upon return. We'll also provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Instructions for returning items will be provided by our customer support team. Returned items must be received by Fitshake within 30 days of the claim. Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received by Fitshake.
